Terms & Conditions — 9vgo Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 9vgo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 9vgo online casino and sports betting platform available at https://9vgo.vip and any associated sub-domains or mobile interfaces. Governing Language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from a translation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the 9vgo platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 9vgo with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.

You Must

You Must Not

• Register more than one 9vgo account or assist another person to register a duplicate account.

Violation of any user obligation set out in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and permanent account closure at 9vgo's sole discretion. 9vgo reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity — including money laundering and fraud — to the relevant Bangladeshi law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities.

All games and sports betting markets available on the 9vgo platform are subject to both these general Terms and any specific rules published for that game, market, or event. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail for that game only.

Voluntary Closure
